As a host family, we know how precious it is to gather around the table – without rush, enjoying good conversation and genuine flavors.

In the evening, indulgence takes center stage: a carefully curated 5-course menu, accompanied by a salad and antipasti buffet, brings together alpine character and Mediterranean lightness.
For our younger guests, a special children’s menu is served with care.

South Tyrol’s wines combine Alpine freshness with Mediterranean warmth and a strong culture of quality. They are known for finesse, structure, and minerality. Vineyards range from 200 to 1,200 meters, creating great diversity.
