The aroma of Italian coffee fills the air, warm bread rolls are freshly broken open, juices are pressed to order, and regional South Tyrolean specialties are lovingly prepared.

As a host family, we know how precious it is to gather around the table – without rush, enjoying good conversation and genuine flavors.

In the evening, indulgence takes center stage: a carefully curated 5-course menu, accompanied by a salad and antipasti buffet, brings together alpine character and Mediterranean lightness.
For our younger guests, a special children’s menu is served with care.

In our wine cellar, you’ll find one selected label after another. Together, they offer a wine journey through South Tyrol: from Val Venosta/Vinschgau to Lago di Caldaro/Kalterer See, from classics like Lagrein and Gewürztraminer to award-winning rarities.

Did you know that the wines of South Tyrol are recognised internationally? In recent years, all of the leading wine guides have given South Tyrolean wines the highest of scores. A small wine-growing area with a great deal of diversity!

Carefully selected local agricultural products are used in our kitchen – topped off with a dash of sophistication. The South Tyrolean Knödel dumpling, in its many forms, is on the menu right next to spaghetti. The combination of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine will delight your palate.
