By car
Via Bavaria, Innsbruck and the Brenner Pass: travelling south along the Brenner (toll) motorway, exit at Bolzano south (Sud) and take the dual carriage way to Meran (MeBo) continuing via Meran - Naturns - Spondinig - Prad - Gomagoi - Stilfs – Trafoi;
or you can take the Reschen Pass (shorter but not necessarily quicker) following the signs for Arlberg at Innsbruck and turning off for Reschen at Landeck; take the Stilfser Joch road at Spondinig via Prad to Trafoi.




By rail
All trains on the main line Innsbruck – Verona stop at Bolzano, from where there is a half-hourly service to Meran, and a connecting service to Mals. Alight at Spondinig.

By air
From Bolzano/Bozen airport: approx. 90 km
From Innsbruck airport (A): approx. 150 km
From Verona airport: ca. 220 km
