“Remember, tap and turn!”

Skiing is at its most enjoyable and exhilarating amid a spectacular white mountain landscape beneath the warm winter sun. Gustav Thöni’s ski school and his staff of professional instructors is there to help ambitious holidaymakers to learn how to make perfect turns and hone their skills. The most up-to-date teaching methods and instruction in congenial groups ensure success and fun.

Tomorrow’s ski aces welcome!
Let us take the children off your hands and give them a great time, leaving you free to take to the slopes on your own. Gustav Thöni’s ski kindergarten is the perfect place for them to learn to stand on their own two skis. There is a magic carpet lift and practice slope directly in front of the hotel where children can learn through play to master their first snow plough and parallel turns, and gain confidence in the snow, all in the hands of specialist instructors. 

• Ski instruction from 10am to 12 noon on the village practice slope (directly in front of the Hotel ‘Bella Vista’). Children can then eat lunch together with child care and entertainment available until 3pm (in the Hotel ‘Bella Vista’). 

• Ski instructors are also available to give private snowboarding and skiing lessons. (Please ask for further information and arrange times and dates at the school.) 

• Group snowboarding courses from Monday to Friday, 2 hours daily from 1 – 3pm with video analysis, end of course party and prize-giving.

Information and registration:
The ski school office in the ‘naturatrafoi’ National Park Visitor Centre (directly beside the Hotel Bella Vista) is open daily from 21st December from 4.30 to 6pm.
